Revenue and profit have moved at very different speeds. Revenue grew about 25% in FY25 and about 42% in FY26, roughly 78% over two years. PAT rose about 33% in FY25 but was essentially flat in FY26 (₹53.32 crore to ₹53.56 crore), so most of the FY26 revenue growth did not reach the bottom line.
Key Risks to Weigh
- Customer concentration: The top 10 customers accounted for 76.52% of revenue from operations in FY26, so losing or renegotiating a major account could matter.
- Thin margins: An 8.23% EBITDA margin and 4.55% PAT margin leave little cushion if input costs move.
- Flat FY26 profit: Revenue growth of 42% did not lift PAT, so the margin question above is central.
- Leverage: Debt-to-equity of 0.94 is meaningful, though part of the issue is meant to reduce it.
- Valuation: The implied multiple sits at a premium to most listed peers, so the market is paying for growth that FY26 profit did not show.
