Highlights (calculated):
- PAT grew about 29% and EBITDA about 30% in FY26.
- For the four months to July 2026, EBITDA margin was about 36% and PAT margin about 26%. These are very high for a manufacturing business.
- The company reports a revenue CAGR of about 67% over FY24–FY26.
Strengths
- Strong profit growth. PAT and EBITDA grew about 29–30% in FY26.
- High margins. EBITDA margin of about 36% in the latest four months.
- Niche expertise. Specialised components for underwater pelletizing systems.
- Export orientation. About 84% of revenue from exports across several countries.
- Fresh issue only. All the money goes to the company, and promoters are not selling.
- Capacity expansion. Funds will add machinery and a new facility.
- Heavy demand. The issue is oversubscribed many times, with a strong GMP.
Risks
- Very high valuation. About 134 times FY26 earnings leaves little room for disappointment.
- Young and small company. It was established in 2022 and has a short track record.
- Export concentration. Exports are about 84% of revenue, so currency and overseas demand matter. The customer base may be concentrated.
- Niche product dependence. Revenue depends on one product family and the plastics and polymer industry.
- Single facility. Operations are concentrated at one location in Vadodara.
- Promoter control. Promoters will hold about 93% after the issue, with a very small free float.
- SME risk. SME stocks are less liquid, more volatile and can fall sharply after listing, even after a strong subscription.
- High entry cost. The minimum investment of ₹2.53 lakh concentrates risk.
- Trading and intermediary business. Part of the business is trading components, which may carry lower margins and supplier risk.
- GMP-driven demand. High grey market premiums can attract speculation, and listing gains are not guaranteed.
