Poojaa Precision IPO 2026 price band and dates

Poojaa Precision Engg. Limited, a Pune-based precision engineering and aluminium die-casting components manufacturer, is set to launch its ₹159.83 crore SME IPO on July 28, 2026. The issue closes on July 30, 2026, with listing on the BSE SME platform expected on August 4, 2026.

Worth flagging upfront: this is an SME IPO, not a mainboard listing — which typically comes with higher entry ticket sizes, lower trading liquidity, and different regulatory disclosure norms compared to mainboard issues. It's structured entirely as a fresh issue, with no offer-for-sale component.

Poojaa Precision's own P/E isn't listed as "N/A" in the offer document, but its RoNW of 23.21% compares favourably against all three listed peers — though it's worth noting these peers operate at significantly larger revenue scale, making a direct multiple comparison imperfect.
