Molbio Diagnostics Limited, a Goa-headquartered point-of-care (POC) molecular diagnostics company, is set to launch its ₹939.70 crore mainboard IPO on August 10, 2026. The issue closes on August 12, 2026, with listing on both BSE and NSE expected on August 17, 2026.

About Molbio Diagnostics
Incorporated in October 2000 and headquartered in Verna, South Goa, Molbio Diagnostics is a global point-of-care molecular diagnostics company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialisation of rapid diagnostic solutions for infectious and non-communicable diseases.
Its flagship offering is the Truenat platform — a portable molecular diagnostics system comprising the Trueprep nucleic acid extraction device, Truelab real-time PCR analysers, and disease-specific Truenat test kits. As of March 31, 2026, the company offered molecular testing for 30 diseases through 43 assays, including tuberculosis, COVID-19, hepatitis B and C, HIV, and HPV. Its installed manufacturing capacity stood at 5,400 devices per annum and 3.90 crore Truenat test kits per annum, with FY26 sales of 2,524 Truenat devices alongside a substantial volume of test kits. As of May 31, 2026, the company carried consolidated outstanding borrowings of ₹422.50 crore.
