Piramal Finance allots 6 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Piramal Finance has allotted 6,00,000 equity shares under ESOP on 06 November 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 47,32,60,612 (consisting of 23,66,30,306 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each) Rs. 47,44,60,612 (consisting of 23,72,30,306 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each).
