Arvind Advanced Materials appoints Nilesh Hirapara as Chief Financial Officer

Arvind announced that the Board of Directors of Arvind Advanced Materials (AAML), a material subsidiary of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. 06 November 2026, has approved the appointment of Nilesh Hirapara as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of AAML, with effect from 06 November 2026.
