Shadowfax Technologies allots 17.61 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Shadowfax Technologies has allotted 17,61,552 equity shares under ESOP on 06 November 2026.

Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 5,86,99,20,880/- (comprising 58,69,92,088 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 5,88,75,36,400/- (comprising 58,87,53,640 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
