Nifty November futures trade at discount

India VIX jumped 13.35% to 17.66.

The Nifty 23 November 2026 futures closed at 25,008, a discount of 22.35 points compared with the Nifty's closing at 25,030.35 in the cash market.

The Nifty 50 index rose 493.75 points or 2.01% to 25,030.35.

The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of volatility over the near term, rose 13.35% to 17.66.

HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Hindalco Industries were the top-traded individual stock futures contracts in the F&O segment of the NSE.

The November 2026 F&O contracts will expire on 23 November 2026.
