Patanjali Foods Ltd up for five straight sessions

Meanwhile, Nifty FMCG index of which Patanjali Foods Ltd is a constituent, has added around 3.36% in last one month and is currently quoting at 46472.15, down 0.36% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 42.62 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 46.31 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark November futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 414.6, up 2.08% on the day. Patanjali Foods Ltd is down 28.37% in last one year as compared to a 3.13% fall in NIFTY and a 16.47% fall in the Nifty FMCG index.

The PE of the stock is 20.64 based on TTM earnings ending June 26.
