KPI Green Energy energizes further capacities of its IPP projects at Bharuch, Gujarat

KPI Green Energy has energized further capacity of 49.7 MWp under its 250 MW / 350 MWp Solar Power Project (IPP) and 121.8 MWp under its 370 MW / 677 MWp Hybrid Power Project (IPP) at Bharuch, Gujarat.

With the energizing of the aforesaid capacity, the Company has cumulatively energized 300.8 MWp out of 350 MWp capacity under the said Solar IPP Project and 510.7 MWp out of 677 MWp capacity under the said Hybrid IPP Project, comprising 449.2 MWp of solar and 61.5 MW of wind capacity. These projects are being developed by the Company as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under long-term Power Purchase Agreements with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL).

The Company continues to steadily expand its Independent Power Producer (IPP) portfolio, as it simultaneously scales its EPC business. The progressive energization of capacity under long term PPAs further strengthens the Company's annuity-based, recurring revenue streams, enhancing earnings visibility and creating sustained long-term value for its stakeholders.
