Euro Pratik Sales acquires 51% stake in Drashti Surfaces

Euro Pratik Sales has announced the acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in Drashti Surfaces, a manufacturer of premium veneers and decorative laminates with manufacturing facilities in Bhilad and Silvassa.

The transaction, valued at Rs 31.12 crore, along with a loan commitment of up to Rs 20 crore, is expected to be completed within 90 days of the execution of the Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement and will be funded in phases through internal accruals, reflecting the Company's strong financial position. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Euro Pratik's product offerings and manufacturing capabilities.
