Lloyds Metals & Energy raises Rs 680 cr via private placement of NCDs

Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 68,000 - 9.00% Senior, Secured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs.1,00,000 each, aggregating to an issue size of Rs. 680 crore, on a private placement basis.
