Avenue Supermarts allots 1,204 equity shares under ESOP

Avenue Supermarts has allotted 1,204 equity shares under ESOS on 05 November 2026. Consequently, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 6,523,107,270/- divided into 652,310,727 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each upon allotment.
