Motherson board approves setting up new manufacturing facility at Paraguay, South America

The Board of Directors of Samvardhana Motherson International at its meeting held today, i.e. on 05 November 2026, has, inter-alia, considered and approved the setting up of a new manufacturing facility in Paraguay, South America, through the acquisition of 100% stake in Golden Bridge Sociedad An?nima, a special purpose vehicle, incorporated as a stock corporation under the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, South America.
