Hindustan Construction Company ropes in Vivek Singhal as CEO

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) today announced the appointment of Vivek Singhal as Chief Executive Officer, effective 05 November 2026.

Singhal joins HCC from GMR Airports, Singapore, where he served as Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for global strategy, P&L management, business development and airport asset development across international markets.

Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Tata Projects; GMR Group in the Maldives; Alpine Bau GmbH in Singapore; and Larsen & Toubro. At Tata Projects, he led the Urban Infrastructure business, growing its turnover from inception to over ~3.300 crore, with an order backlog exceeding ~38,000 crore. At Alpine Bau, he led major underground metro projects in Singapore with a combined contract value exceeding US$1 billion.
