Board of Uno Minda approves change in senior management

At meeting held on 05 November 2026

The board of Uno Minda at its meeting held on 05 November 2026 has approved the following change in senior management:

- The board has approved the appointment of Nitesh Minda as Chief Executive officer (Designate)-SCS Domain of the Company effective from 05 November 2026. He will take over as CEO - SCS Domain upon retirement of Giridharan.

- The board has approved the elevation of Kartikeya Joshi for taking over charge as Chief Marketing Officer effective from 05 November 2026. In this role, Kartikeya Joshi will lead the Group's marketing function.

- The board has approved the transition of Amit Jain, from currently serving as Group CTO and CEO - 4W Powertrain, into the newly created role of Group Chief Growth and Technology Officer (CGTO).
