Board of Uno Minda approves capex of Rs 85 cr to expand capacity at Bawal unit

The board of Uno Minda at its meeting held on 05 November 2026 has approved additional capital investment of approximately Rs. 85 crore towards expanding its Sunroof manufacturing capacity at Bawal, Haryana. The proposed expansion is aimed at catering to incremental customer orders secured by the Company and the growing demand for advanced sunroof systems in the Indian passenger vehicle market. The additional capacity is expected to be commissioned by Q2 FY28.
