Hester Biosciences board approves loan of USD 1 million to Hester Africa

The board of Hester Biosciences at its meeting held on 05 November 2026 has approved unsecured loan of an aggregate amount of USD 1 million to Hester Biosciences Africa (Hester Africa), foreign wholly-owned subsidiary in Tanzania, in one or more tranches. The loan is being extended for business and general corporate purposes, working capital requirement etc., subject to compliance with the applicable laws.
