Eureka Forbes allots 2 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Eureka Forbes has allotted 2,00,000 equity shares under ESOP on 05 November 2026. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,93,66,18,160 divided into 19,36,61,816 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 1,93,86,18,160 divided into 19,38,61,816 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
