Nukleus to allot 2.01 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Nukleus Office Solutions has received in-principle approval from BSE for issue and allotment of 2,01,600 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the permanent employees of the Company on exercise of options under the Nukleus Employees Stock Option Scheme - I.
