Share India Securities allots 44.02 lakh equity shares under scheme of amalgamation

Share India Securities has allotted 44,02,000 fully paid up equity shares of face value of Re 2 each pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Silverleaf Capital Services with Share India Securities.
