Aditya Birla Capital allots 1.48 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 148,098 equity shares under ESOS on 04 November 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 27,38,15,47,350 (i.e. 2,73,81,54,735 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
