Ujjivan Small Finance Bank allots 12.08 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has allotted 12,08,163 equity shares under ESOP on 04 November 2026. Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 19,52,96,49,200 to 19,54,17,30,830.
