Jeena Sikho Lifecare board approves incorporation of subsidiary

The board of Jeena Sikho Lifecare at its meeting held today, i.e. 04 November  2026 at the Registered Office of the Company, has inter alia, considered and approved the proposal to incorporate a Subsidiary in India under the proposed name ?Ayugenomics?, subject to the requisite statutory approvals and completion of applicable incorporation formalities.
