Board of Navneet Education recommends special dividend

Navneet Education announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 November 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
