Hindustan Zinc Ltd gains for third straight session

Hindustan Zinc Ltd gained for a third straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 541, up 2.75% on the day as on 12:49 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.02% on the day, quoting at 23816.5. The Sensex is at 76935.59, up 0.02%. Hindustan Zinc Ltd has slipped around 3.56% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty Metal index of which Hindustan Zinc Ltd is a constituent, has slipped around 1.65% in last one month and is currently quoting at 12146.15, up 1.2% on the day. The PE of the stock is 10.77 based on TTM earnings ending September 26.
