Saregama India board approves voluntary liquidation of Kolkata Metro Networks

The board of Saregama India at its meeting held on 04 November 2026 has approved the proposal to initiate the voluntary liquidation of Kolkata Metro Networks (KMNL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, pursuant to Section 59 and other applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, read with the rulesand regulations made thereunder, subject to approval of the shareholders of KMNL and completion of other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
