The board of Lupin at its meeting held on 03 November 2026 has approved the appointment of Akhil Gupta (DIN: 00028728) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) effective 03 November 2026 and as an Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years with effect from 03 November 2026 to 02 November 2031, subject to the approval of Members of the Company.
