Net profit of Kolte Patil Developers reported to Rs 5.25 crore in the quarter ended September 2026 as against net loss of Rs 10.43 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2025. Sales rose 141.14% to Rs 334.37 crore in the quarter ended September 2026 as against Rs 138.66 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2025.
