Board of Minda Corporation approves additional investment of up to Rs 37 cr in JV

The board of Minda Corporation at its meeting held on 03 November 2026 has approved an additional investment of up to Rs 37 crore in Minda HCMF Technologies, a joint venture company of the Company with HCMF Co., (shareholding ratio 50:50), by way of subscription to 3 (Three) crore equity shares of Rs 10 each. Pursuant to the proposed allotment, the Company's total investment in the joint venture will increase to approx. Rs. 60 crore, comprising of approx. 6 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
