Board of V-Mart Retail appoints Head - Merchandising function and SMP

The board of V-Mart Retail at its meeting held on 03 November 2026 has approved the appointment of Varin Agarwal as the Head - Merchandising function with effect from 03 November 2026. Consequent to this change, he shall be designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
