KPI Green Energy signs PPA with SJVN for 300 MW wind power project

KPI Green Energy has successfully executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SJVN for a 300 MW Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected Wind Power Project. The project, secured through a competitive bidding process, will operate under a long-term PPA at a fixed tariff of Rs 3.64 per unit for 25 years, with power supply to commence within 24 months from the effective date of the PPA.

This PPA marks a significant milestone in the Company's wind energy journey.

The long-term fixed tariff provides predictable and stable cash flows, while the project meaningfully strengthens the Company's utility-scale wind portfolio and adds strong momentum to the Group's KP 3.0 roadmap, under which the Company is set to build 10 GW of owned IPP capacity by FY32.
