Arvind Fashions board approves acquisition of 25% stake in Arvind GCC

The board of Directors of Arvind Fashions at its meeting held on 02 November 2026, has approved the acquisition of 2,500 equity shares of ?Arvind Global Capability Center? (Arvind GCC) constituting 25% of its paid-up equity share capital.
