Amara Raja Energy & Mobility board approves incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary

The board of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility at its meeting held on 02 November 2026 has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in India. The new company will be engaged in the business of providing automotive, battery and spares services under the brand name 'Amaron Assist' a technology-led services and solutions business, focused on automotive maintenance, battery services, vehicle care and mobility assistance.
