Wonderla Holidays grants 9,500 stock options

Wonderla Holidays has granted 9,500 stock options to 2 employees of the Company. The options granted would vest equally over a period of four years. The exercise of options shall be subject to performance criteria as may be approved by the Board from time to time. The options will be exercisable at a price of Rs. 10/- each, convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
