Sukhjit Starch secures infrastructure support from MIDC for its upcoming maize processing unit

 Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals announced that concerning setting up of a new maize processing unit with maize grind capacity of 1200 TPD for manufacture of maize starch & its derivatives in District Nashik, in the State of Maharashtra, the company has received the confirmation from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) for providing the necessary infrastructure for the proposed project and laying a new dedicated pipeline for providing continuous water supply to the Project, by the time of its commissioning.

The cost of project works out to Rs. 550 crore and the mode of financing for the project will be finalised shortly. The MIDC has earmarked the land for the Project in Yeola Industrial Area, District Nashik.
