JSW Steel update on scheme of amalgamation

Scheme becomes effective from 31 October 2026
JSW Steel announced that pursuant to filing of the scheme of amalgamation with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Piombino Steel (transferor company) stands amalgamated with and into JSW Steel (transferee company) with effect from 31 October 2026.
