R R Kabel completes acquisition of business undertaking of U M Cables

R R Kabel announced that pursuant to the Business Transfer Agreement executed on 25 September 2026 amongst the Company, U M Cables (UMCL) and Usha Martin, the Business Undertaking of UMCL has been transferred to the Company by way of slump sale, on a going concern basis, with effect from closing hours of 31 October 2026.
