PC Jeweller declined 1.68% to Rs 15.22 on Monday, following the company's disclosure of administrative warning letters from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
SEBI issued administrative warning letters to managing director Balram Garg and company secretary and compliance officer Vijay Panwar. The letters were received on 30 October 2026.

The letters relate to the company's failure to maintain a structured digital database (SDD) for unpublished price-sensitive information. The information was linked to a business update for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. The company had disclosed the update to the stock exchanges on 3 July 2025.

PC Jeweller acknowledged that it had not maintained the required database. However, it said the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives remained closed from 1 July 2025 to 3 August 2025. The quarterly results were announced on 1 August 2025.

The company said the warnings had no quantifiable financial or operational impact.

PC Jeweller is a retailer and manufacturer of gold and diamond jewellery. The company's consolidated net profit increased 57.80% year-on-year (YoY) and 49.03% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to Rs 330.66 crore in Q2 FY27. Net sales rose 27.78% YoY and 20.23% QoQ to Rs 1,054.47 crore during the quarter.

Cupid promoter Aditya Kumar Halwasiya bought 5.51 crore PC Jeweller shares, representing a 0.58% stake, at Rs 18.39 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE on 21 October 2026. This followed his purchase of 5.1 crore shares, or a 0.52% stake, at Rs 14.43 apiece on 15 October 2026.
