Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company allots 9.89 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company has allotted 9,89,450 equity shares under ESOP on 01 November 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,85,06,34,153 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
