AGI Infra receives RERA approval for Utopia housing project in New Chandigarh

AGI Infra has received registration from the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for its group housing project, Utopia by AGI, in New Chandigarh.

The registration, bearing number PBRERA-SAS80-PR1452-102026, was issued on 30 October 2026.

The project will be developed under Punjab's Iconic Building Policy and is located in a residential area of New Chandigarh. It will comprise a ground floor and 31 upper floors, with 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK apartments, along with residential amenities and facilities.

The company said this is its maiden project in New Chandigarh. It added that the registration would further strengthen its financial position.

The RERA registration is valid until 30 March 2031.

AGI Infra is a real estate and construction company primarily engaged in the development of group housing, residential townships, and commercial spaces.

On a consolidated basis, AGI Infra's net profit rose 37.53% to Rs 27.52 crore while net sales rose 5.27% to Rs 96.44 crore in Q1 June 2026 over Q1 June 2025.
