Board of Ramkrishna Forgings approves additional investment in Ramkrishna Titagarh Rail Wheels

The board of Ramkrishna Forgings at its meeting held on 30 October 2026 has approved to increase in the investment limit by Rs. 56.76 crore in one or more tranches, by way of equity contribution, in Ramkrishna Titagarh Rail Wheels, a joint venture company.
