The board of Dixon Technologies (India) at its meeting held on 30 October 2026 has approved the appointment of Prithvi Vachani (DIN: 08247706) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 30 October 2026.
