The board of Ramkrishna Forgings at its meeting held on 30 October 2026 has approved the appointment of Subir Chakraborty (DIN: 00130864) and Anurag Vohra (DIN: 10253815), as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation fora term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 30 October 2026.
