Reliance Industries board approves NCD issuance up to Rs 15,000 cr

The board of Reliance Industries at its meeting held on 30 October 2026 has passed an enabling resolution authorising the issuance of listed, secured / unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures up to Rs. 15,000 crore, in one or more tranches, on private placement basis.
