Board of Share India Securities approves scheme of amalgamation with Ace Alpha Tech

The board of Share India Securities at its meeting held on 30 October 2026 has approved the proposal for the amalgamation of Ace Alpha Tech (Amalgamating Company) with Share India Securities (Amalgamated Company or Company), pursuant to the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016, the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the applicable SEBI circulars governing schemes of arrangement by listed entities, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
