Kamdhenu Ventures approves rights issue of 2,125 equity shares

The board of Kamdhenu Ventures at its meeting held on 30 October 2026 has approved the issue of 2,125 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 36,000/- aggregating to Rs. 7.65 crore on a rights issue basis to the existing shareholders.

As per the approval of Board of KCCL, the date of Right issue offer letter is 30 October 2026 and the right issue offer will remain open from 3 November 2026 to 9 November 2026 (both days inclusive) for the existing shareholders of the KCCL.
