Wanbury's Tanuka unit receives Australian GMP certification

Wanbury announced that its manufacturing facility at Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh, has successfully received the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Compliance Certificate from Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the regulatory authority responsible for therapeutic goods in Australia.

The certification marks an important milestone in Wanbury's commitment to manufacturing excellence, stringent quality standards and strengthening its presence in regulated international pharmaceutical markets.

Following a successful inspection conducted by the TGA on 8-9 June 2026, the Australian regulatory authority confirmed that the manufacturing facility complies with the applicable Good Manufacturing Practice requirements outlined in the PIC/S Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicinal Products.
