Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has allotted 63,195 equity shares under ESOS on 30 October 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 82,60,72,245 comprising of 16,52,14,449 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
