DCB Bank allots 81,100 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 81,100 equity shares under ESOP on 30 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 322,189,412 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 322,270,512 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
